I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Galatians 2:20 NKJV
... if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
Romans 8:11 NKJV
... let it be [the inner beauty of] the hidden person of the heart, with the imperishable quality and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, [one that is calm and self-controlled, not overanxious, but serene and spiritually mature] which is very precious in the sight of God.
1Peter 3:4 AMP

As Christians we live life from the inside out. We live from the hidden man of the heart, from the living Christ within. Our life flows from the indwelled Christ in us - our hope of glory. This is how He demonstrates His resurrection power filled life through us to the world. Allow the beauty, kindness and the zeal of this divine life of God to shine through you.
How do we live this divine life? How do we demonstrate this incorruptible power of eternity that is within us to the rest of the world? We do that by yielding to the One who first loved us. We live a life that has been regenerated and washed by the incorruptible seed of His Word of life. This is a life of humble surrender, a death of an old way and an yielding and desire to live in His new 'alive' way. Through our new birth in the kingdom of God, we can now live from the divine nature that resides in us. This nature is the very nature of Christ our Saviour.
The greatest obstacle to living in the power of the Christ life is the carnal mind, a mind not regenerated by the word of God. Therefore the key to expressing the power of this Christ life is a mind renewed by the regeneration of the Holy Spirit, through the Word of God.
But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
Titus 3:4-7 NKJV
And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude], And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.
Ephesians 4:23-24 AMPC
Our relationship with the Word of God is truly our relationship with God and His Spirit. Through His Word we are empowered to live in the newness of this divine life that is in us. The Word and His Spirit are our guide and lead in life - they demonstrate the divine nature that we now have in Christ. God through His Word and Spirit shepherds us in this gift of eternal life.
Our Jesus came in the power of this eternal endless life of God (Hebrews 7:16). This power of divine life is what Jesus came to give to us. Be encouraged today that within you God dwells and He desires that you live in His life. His power is found in the Christ life within you. As you yield to His life you are yielding to His power.
