Never Fear What Appears

As children of the Most High God there is nothing to fear. Our Heavenly Father is Love and in love there is no fear. Our God now lives in us and is far greater than all that is in the world. According to 1John 4:5, we are born of God and because of this supernatural birth we have already overcome all that is in the world, including fear.

Our confidence in these perilous times is Christ in us. Our assurance of victory is our faith in God and His Son. No matter what it looks like we have the guarantee of the Holy Spirit ensuring our inheritance in Christ - that it is incorruptible and undefiled by the world (1Peter 1:4). No moth and no rust can touch and spoil that which is ours in Christ. Our eternal life is from above and is above all. Therefore we have a bird's eye view that is above all. We have an eternal sight that is of God. Our Heavenly position in Christ allows us to walk Earth with no fear of evil.

Be fully persuaded that God is for you and nothing of this world can be against you to overpower you. Be bold in your stand for God and be immovable! Abound in your work for God. Do not receive the intimidation that is found in this world. Know that you have received the Lord Jesus Christ and thus have been born from above, born of God, who is Love.

Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Today do not fear what the world fears. You are not of this world. You are of God and of His Love. Fear has no power over you. Your Heavenly Father knows you and has you!
