A Beautiful Life Offering

Jesus offers a beautiful life to all who come to Him. This is a brand new life. This is His life that He gave to us - offering up Himself as an atoning sacrifice for all humanity. This new life that He died to give us enabled us to go behind the veil - to cross over from unbelieving to believing, from toil and condemnation into rest and full acceptance. This veil is the veil of His flesh that He gave up for us. This is the very flesh of The Word of God, the bread of life, so that now we can partake of this divine flesh by faith (John 1:14, John 6:33-35, 52-58) and to be transformed into His image and likeness.

This transformation is what enables us to live out His divine life and not to live out of our carnal flesh. The union that we have with God in Christ has freed us from living out of our old carnal man that leads only to death. Now in Christ we can do the works of God that lead to everlasting life.

Jesus is the assurance of the divine union that we have with God. This union is through a new and better covenant which is based on better promises. This new covenant has given us entry into a brand new reality: to be a part of His body on Earth and to partake of His divine nature - to be one with God (Heb. 7:22, 1Peter 1:4).

On the cross Jesus offered His beautiful life for us so that we can live a new way of life. This new living way that He sanctified through His flesh and cleansed by His blood is our way into the Holiest place of all eternity. This is the most sacred place of the very presence of God. Therefore now we can live life in God and be with God. This new life that we have is a life of a pure conscience and a true heart toward God (Heb. 10:19-22). This is the beautiful life that He died to give us. A life lived in peace with God.

Now because of the once and for all sacrifice of Jesus for all ages to come, we have been graced to lay down our lives to do the will of God on Earth - to manifest and demonstrate the beauty and power of this new eternal life. The Christ life that we yield to on a daily basis is one that is led by the Spirit of God. Through us the Holy Spirit can display this beautiful new life to others. This is how we can bear fruit for the kingdom of God, by yielding to His fruit produced through us - love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Gal. 5:22,23).

There is nothing more beautiful than to offer up our lives so that the Christ life in us be exalted and be seen by the world. Today choose to be a beautiful life offering and pour out the love of God to another.
